The title

What the live is called

Two places: the LIVE title you type before going live (32 characters max, keep it under 25 so it isn't cut off), and the big text on the video itself.

Operator nightBuy a business without banks

★ = use this one. It speaks to all three paths (advisor, operator, investor) and matches the Mensch line "Get into acquisitions. Pick your path." Under the big text: advise · operate · invest. Type your state. Keep "without banks" for nights that are only about buying. Never put "no money down" or "without $" in a title: investors need money, and the wording isn't cleared. The text on the video and the spots line come from the OBS overlay (change spots= in the link).

Paint these

Six diagrams to draw live

Draw each one on white paper with a thick black marker, plus a red one for money and a green one for the buyer. Hold it up to the camera, or tap a sheet to show it full screen for OBS. Each one takes under a minute to draw.

The price line

How the big Skool groups write the price

We read the About pages of the largest paid Skool communities on 7 Oct 2026. Only two put urgency on the price, and both say the next price out loud.

GroupMembersPrice lineWhere
Creative Owners Club10,915🚨 [N] spots left at $25/m, then $47/m4th line, right under the headline and "#1 ranked"
Maker School (top earner, $184/mo)2,557⚠️ Price increasing to $194/mo soon! Its own line near the end, a blank line above and below, right before the final "join now"
Synthesizer · Skoolers · AI Automation Society+ · Wholesaling · Brendan's AI3k–153kNo urgency lineThey lead with results and "what's inside (worth $X)"

Keep "then $47"

Both groups that use urgency say what the price becomes. Without the next price, "spots left" has no consequence. Drop the word "founding" if you like, but keep the second number.

"X spots left", and X is real

X = 200 minus current members. Under 10, say "Only 4 spots left". Update it every Monday and after each live. A count that never moves gets noticed.

Put it twice, on its own line

Once high up (line 3–4, so it shows before "See more") and once right above the join button. Leave a blank line above and below each.

"Locked for life" is true

When you raise a Skool price, Skool's own settings say existing members keep the price they're on. So founders really keep $25.
