The 90-minute run-of-show for a Mensch live: what to show, what to say and what to make the chat type, in order. Press Go live and the clock lights up the part you should be on. ▶ and ◀ (or the arrow keys) move between parts.
We read the About pages of the largest paid Skool communities on 7 Oct 2026. Only two put urgency on the price, and both say the next price out loud.
| Group | Members | Price line | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creative Owners Club | 10,915 | 🚨 [N] spots left at $25/m, then $47/m | 4th line, right under the headline and "#1 ranked" |
| Maker School (top earner, $184/mo) | 2,557 | ⚠️ Price increasing to $194/mo soon! | Its own line near the end, a blank line above and below, right before the final "join now" |
| Synthesizer · Skoolers · AI Automation Society+ · Wholesaling · Brendan's AI | 3k–153k | No urgency line | They lead with results and "what's inside (worth $X)" |
Both groups that use urgency say what the price becomes. Without the next price, "spots left" has no consequence. Drop the word "founding" if you like, but keep the second number.
X = 200 minus current members. Under 10, say "Only 4 spots left". Update it every Monday and after each live. A count that never moves gets noticed.
Once high up (line 3–4, so it shows before "See more") and once right above the join button. Leave a blank line above and below each.
When you raise a Skool price, Skool's own settings say existing members keep the price they're on. So founders really keep $25.
